Prepare Your Device
Perform a factory reset to erase your personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or any Google account locks before packaging the item.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to your package containing the device and all included accessories.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
